Hi, everyone! This is Hideki Kamiya, director of “The Wonderful 101.”
It’s been some time since I directed my last game, “Bayonetta,” and I’ve been busy upholding my reputation as Twitter Master in the meantime. However, it’s about time I unleashed a new game upon the world, so it looks like I’ll finally be able to regain my original title of Game Designer!

Changing pace from Bayonetta, Wonderful 101 is an action game with a more comical tone. There isn’t one main character; in fact, there are a hundred! We at PlatinumGames created this amazing cast and the different unite attacks theycombine to perform to absolutely blow you away.

Our heroes are determined to protect the earth from all sorts of nefarious villains. And with all their unique personalities, they’ll likely experience tension among their own numbers as well. I don’t want to give everything away, but please check out the trailer below and see where it takes you!

You may have a few doubts about a game that asks you to take control of 100 different characters, but rest assured we’ve put a lot of effort in trying to give this title that classic, familiar, stimulating PlatinumGames feel.
